Departure at 8 am crossing many small towns.  The first stop will be made in Querococha lake located at 3 980m, here apart from the beautiful view of the lake you have the splendid view of Peru’s map in one of the hills, after some minutes for taking pictures you continue on your way and get the highest point from the trip, Cawish tunnel located at 4516 m. then you descend till get Chavin town  3180 m. and you will have a guided tour through  the archeological site. And also you can visit the museum which holds many ceramis made by the Chavins which have been found in recent excavations.

You can have lunch in a typicall restaurant there and finally late afternoon you return to Huaraz.
